Our story
Naturally Italian Coffee & Bakery was born from a love story: mine and my husband Mattia's. We met while traveling, backpacks on our shoulders and hearts open to the world. Amidst new landscapes and different cultures, we discovered we shared the same passions: caring for animals, protecting the planet, and living consciously.
I am a yoga teacher, and throughout my years of study and teaching, I have developed a deep sensitivity towards life and the well-being of others. I have always carried with me a profound love for cooking: a place where I can transform simple ingredients into special moments. Over time, I have specialized in different areas, but breakfast—my favorite time of day—and baking have always been my preferred way to treat my loved ones.

Mattia, a traveler, an introvert, with a head full of good ideas, a lover of animals and nature, is detail-oriented and lives consciously. His adventurous spirit constantly takes us to places we never imagined, inspiring me to discover new flavors. He's always willing to change, to experiment. He hasn't made me any promises, but he's kept them all.
When we became vegan, we discovered that the biggest challenge when eating out was finding delicious and creative desserts. We always ended up with the typical fruit salad on the table. We realized that desserts are an essential part of our cultures and that we couldn't give them up.
That's how, with two euros and little else in our suitcase, we decided to embark on a new project in Spain.
Today, the story of our love lives on in our cafe: a corner where our travels, our cultures, our philosophy of life and, of course… the Caffè come together.
